Please register first before you shopping online with Dydyanabiz. Details about yourself provided during registration must be true and accurate. 

Update us for any changes in information needed during registration immediately to avoid misunderstanding. Use password that is unique and secretive to avoid account hacking or misuse of your account.



You must provide your personal details - real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information including valid payment details. This website is available only to whom fulfill terms of eligibility. 



Orders will not be reserved and may be purchased by other customers until payment is made and accepted. All items are ready stock. 

All orders will be processed once we receive payment.



Prices shown on the Site are Ringgit Malaysia. Customers outside Malaysia may have to pay import duty and tax depending on residing country. This cost is to be paid by buyer. 



After order has been made using shopping cart system, an acknowledgement email of your order details will be sent. This is not a confirmation that u will receive selected item but to inform u that we have received your order. Order will be processed after payment is received and dydyanabiz will email you the status of the items until it has been delivered via Poslaju.



Payment can be made via online banking or cash deposit machine to our account. Payment must be cc to our email if made via online banking. 



Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date ofdispatch.dydyanabiz.com is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.



We do not provide refunds. You can only change for another product or products which cost the same or higher within 7 days of receiving the goods provided it is UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNSCENTED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. If there are any price differences, you have to top up the difference. Buyer will bear the costs of deliveries, returns and taxes if imposed. Any product that you want to change for is subject to availability. You must email us within 3 days of order receipt, and return your unwanted items within 7 days of receiving your products. Please read our ONLINE PURCHASE POLICY on top of our website for more details.

Damaged returns may not be accepted. 

Faulty goods

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 7 days of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.


We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on dydyanabiz.com.my 

However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
